ABOUT THIS PORTAL

ONE PLACE FOR SUPPORT REQUESTS.

The C3SA support portal is for organizations with an existing C3SA engagement: questions about a delivered service, issues with a deployed solution, or requests under a support agreement. Requests go straight to the C3SA support team, and the full history of each request, including replies, is available here after you sign in.

For a new project or a general question, contact C3SA. For an active cyber incident, use CyberFIRE incident response.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Why do I need a code to see my requests?

Support requests can contain sensitive operational details. A one-time code sent to your email confirms that you control the address linked to your requests. Each code expires after 10 minutes and works once.

I did not receive a code. What should I do?

Codes are only sent to email addresses already registered with C3SA support, which includes anyone who has submitted a request before. Check your spam or junk folder, wait a few minutes before trying again, or submit a new request above.

What should I leave out of a request?

Passwords, keys, tokens, and any classified or controlled information. If C3SA needs sensitive material, the team will arrange a secure way to share it.
