DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY + RESILIENCE

DON'T JUST ASSESS YOUR DEPENDENCIES. PUT THEM UNDER PRESSURE.

Two complementary C3SA experiences move organizations from strategic understanding to technical validation - exposing critical dependencies, redesigning for continuity and testing whether the assumptions behind the technology stack still hold under pressure.

FROM INSIGHT TO RESILIENCE

ASSESS. DESIGN. SOURCE. EXERCISE. PROVE.

Digital sovereignty is not only where data resides. It is whether your organization retains the ability to operate, decide, communicate and recover when critical technology dependencies are disrupted, withdrawn or compromised.

ONE-TWO COMBINATION

FROM BOARDROOM TO CYBER RANGE.

The workshop identifies where sovereignty and resilience can fail. The hackathon provides the proving ground.

01

Sovereignty & Resilience Workshop

THINK LIKE THE ADVERSARY. REDESIGN AS THE DEFENDER.

A facilitated cross-domain exercise bringing together technology, strategy, policy, legal and operational leaders to identify critical digital dependencies, model cascading impacts and redesign for resilience.

02

Digital Sovereignty Hackathon

BUILD IT. BREAK IT. DEFEND IT. PROVE IT.

A hands-on technical exercise that takes strategic findings into a controlled environment - testing architectures, dependencies, technologies and sovereign alternatives against realistic disruption scenarios.

DEVELOPED FORCyCon
2026
Adversarial resilience methodology developed for NATO CCDCOE CyCon 2026 in Tallinn.

The public C3SA offering builds on a cross-domain exercise model that examines dependency concentration and cascading effects, then shifts participants from adversarial analysis into resilience design. Detailed exercise mechanics remain controlled workshop material.

WHERE C3SA ADDS VALUE

KNOW WHICH DEPENDENCIES WILL FAIL YOU, AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT.

Organizations need both control over their digital dependencies and continuity when those dependencies fail. The workshop maps jurisdiction, ownership, hosting, support access, supply-chain concentration and exit options, then connects the findings to resilience planning. The hackathon tests whether the proposed alternatives hold up in practice.

C3SA can then carry the results into architecture, sovereign solution sourcing and integration, so the transition plan is delivered rather than filed.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Who should attend the workshop?

Technology, strategy, policy, legal and operational leaders who own or depend on critical digital services.

Do we need to do both?

No. The workshop stands on its own. The hackathon is most useful after the workshop has identified which dependencies and alternatives are worth testing.

What do we get at the end?

A dependency and jurisdiction map, concentration risks, fallback options and a staged transition plan, plus technical validation results if the hackathon is included.

THE C3SA DIFFERENCE

ADVICE. IMPLEMENTATION. PROOF.

THE NEED

A client needs both control over digital dependencies and continuity when those dependencies fail.

WHAT C3SA DOES

C3SA maps jurisdiction, ownership, hosting, support access, supply-chain concentration and exit options, and connects the findings to resilience planning.

WHAT YOU GET

A dependency and jurisdiction map, concentration risks, fallback options and a staged transition plan.
